Had to come back 2days. Multiple False ETAs. Got The Job Done BUT We Lost 1 Day Of our vacation. We were supposed to be out by 10, then noon, then 2, then 3, finally out at 330. They got the job done and were nice but the false ETAs were frustrating.
I was only there for my complementary oil change and they got me in and out in about an hour and a half. Ive worked at dealerships so I know how long the lesser services take (usually 2 hours) so thank you for making me a priority on arrival!
Oscar was great. He really helped get us in and out quickly since we were short on time. Great service.
Greenway Kia East has always been top notch! JP was very informative and communicated while my Telluride was being serviced. JP went above and beyond to make sure all my service needs were met!
