Dealership did a great job addressing my questions and concerns, and completed the service in a timely manner.
I have been a Customer of Szott Ford since 2013. Since 2016, we have leased seven Ford F-150s for family members or me. That speaks volumes about the Dealership and their team.
I have my oil changed by Szott ford every 5 thousand miles. My truck has 240,000 miles. Keep changing your oil. Stop buying cars every other year
I have been leasing cars from Szott since 2008. They have always been quick and easy to deal with.
The work done was good and the car does appear to be fixed. I had trouble getting phone calls returned on multiple occasions which I find frustrating.
My last service with Stotz was through completed very timely with great explanation- kindness care and expedience- very helpful related very well to customer very pleasant to do Hughes’s with- explained why am why not- so customer could understand! Gotta RIDE TO AND from didn’t have to wait only a few minutes - THANK YOU
