I hit a curb and could hear rattling underneath, luckily I was close by the dealership. Pulled in and Jim was very helpful. Had a technician (didn’t get his name, he’d get 5 stars too!)look under and fix the problem, no charge! Bought my CRV from them and they’ve always been very helpful.
The customer service was great. They accommodated my work schedule and provided transportation. The work was done quick and they vacuumed and washed my vehicle.
Had a pleasant experience with Marc, I expressed interest in a used vehicle and within about 2 hours he contacted me for a test drive. Marc was easy to talk to and so we're the other staff who assisted me with my purchase.
