Found an Autotrader posting here for the Vehicle I was looking for at a very reasonable price and in super condition with low mile. Investigated this listing and the autofax. Set up a time with Chrissy met her early inspected vehicle took drive made cash offer and finished paperwork exactly as shown in posting with no changes or additions. Chrissy and all staff I met were friendly and helpful. I have a few days for closer look by my mechanic but expect no hiccups. Thanks for a fast and pleasant transaction 5/24/25.
Avoid Kia Corinth & Kia Corporate – They Don't Care About Their Customers! I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for several years and have purchased three vehicles here. Despite that, the service I’ve received during this ordeal has been unacceptable.Phil, the manager, promised to get me out of this lemon vehicle but never followed through. He even advised me not to file a claim, only to now try to shift the blame onto me—despite the fact that he hasn’t returned a single call in over a year.Because of their inaction, my vehicle has dropped significantly in trade-in value, and now I’m being told I have to take a nearly $10K loss on my loan. The general manager claims there’s nothing he can do, the dealership owner refuses to respond, and Kia corporate has been equally unhelpful. If you’re considering purchasing a Kia—especially from Kia Corinth—think twice. They do not stand by their customers, and they will leave you stuck with a defective vehicle while your investment depreciates.
I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for several years and have purchased three vehicles here. Despite that, the service I’ve received during this ordeal has been unacceptable. The only person who has been remotely helpful is my salesman, William. Everyone else has either had their hands tied or simply couldn’t be bothered to return my calls or emails.

The repair shop is dishonest..I took my 2020 there after a cam shift sensor code came on my husband replaced but didn't unhook battery so all codes came up we towed it in they are saying I need an engine $16000 I had no symptoms also pulled wrong carfax when I sent receipts they still say kia is denying warranty the only thing good here is will in sales
I had a great experience buying a pre-owned car here. No one was pushy, and everyone respected my time. Liberty was very kind, patient, and helpful. She kept my transaction moving quickly, and it was truly a painfree experience.
I expected honest, upfront pricing. Instead, they wanted to play pricing games. They quoted a price for the new Kia I wanted and I made a counteroffer. The salesman "went to the back to see what he could do." Several minutes later, he came back with a figure $4,000 less than the original quote. However, it was not where I thought it should be. I knew we were playing games. I politely asked for my key and trade-in, and left without making a purchase. Buy your Kia somewhere else.
