Service shop has improved significantly with focus on customers. For more than 25 years I have given sales staff positive reviews and not so favorable reviews for the service department. It is good to see this improvement.

I purchased a gorgeous used 2019 Ram and got what I believe is a fantastic value. The truck came with a certified warranty and I did have an exhaust leak and a new battery was needed. I had the great opportunity to interact with Adam Dorsey on this repair and I can not explain what an exceptional job he did with my particular situation! This is the first vehicle I have purchased from Humes and also my first experience with the service department and I would give the whole staff an A+!!!! I will be purchasing all of my future vehicles from Humes, based on the way Mr. Dorsey and the rest of your staff treated me! I have worked in the service repair industry for 30 years myself and the customer service that I received from Adam was second to none! Joe was a pleasure to work with but the pink pants and arrogance of the manager cost the sale for me. The used truck I was after had more issues we found than was listed and in the end we walked over $600 disagreement. The truck needed a headlight assembly and had a front end vibration so the offer was fix it or take more off the price. Our salesman Joe was willing but got a veto from the manager of Saturdays. Made an offer on another truck to have damage repaired and then purchase which was also vetoed. Sad to waste a day traveling only to find a bunch of issues. Joe was a pleasure to work with. Manager saved cash for more fancy pants.

We can’t tell you enough how very pleased we are with Humes!!! Tim Sam is an extraordinary and amazing person. He was considerate, helpful and so easy to deal with. He went out of his way to help us. We bought our last vehicle from Humes and Tim was the salesperson. The service department always treated us well and took good care of us! To say this review is way overdue is stating it mildly. In July, after another dealer sold a car from under me, I called Humes immediately when I saw they had a Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid in the trim package I wanted. And fortunately for me, Adam answered the phone. They had the car, helped me through the process, and approved my application quickly. Knowing I was traveling across the state to get the car not only Adam, but also Angela from Financing, gave me great tips for places I could take the family while we were there. The entire process was easy and fast and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Now I am happy the other dealership dropped that ball and that Adam answered the call. The buying experience at Humes is second to done. In the market for a car? This is the place to be!
