This was my first time coming to the dealership for service. I had a nice experience!

Despite promising to have car service done on time, as promised, I got a late call saying understaffed so for tomorrow first thing, we didn’t finish it. You open at 8:00. Got there 9:15 after having told them I would need the car by then . Car parked where I left it , had never even started and couldn’t be ready on time for me to get to Boston to take care of grandkids. They lied, were deceptive and totally unprofessional. I have 2 more free services there, where I have bought several cars, after which I am done doing business with an organization that has such little respect for its customers. Serious lack of good business practices. Shame on them.

The customer service in the store was great!!! One thing that I am not sure was done this way or not that I would like to recommend is: We were there for a recall and state inspection, car was dropped off at ≈10am we got the car back at ≈5pm but state inspection wasn't done because the "person who does it had already left". That lead me to believe that you guys waited for the recall service to be done before the inspection, instead if you had done the inspection 1st, I believe we would have all services done on the same day without issues. But again! Great service was given by everyone on the service center!

Everything on time. good no problems.got there a bit before 7am. Door opened at 7.

The team was great to work with specially Daniel they did all the paperwork in one day!
