To help my sister celebrate a great accomplishment. I spoke with the GM James Anderson about a ILX Acura. The price on the car was $29,500 (on line $27,500). I told Mr Anderson I have $25,000 cash!! Mr Anderson responded with, cash doesn't phase him because whether cash or finance the car,. He was going to get the money for that car no matter what! Mr Anderson had a very cocky attitude with that response. I brought 2 other car from that dealership in the past and also like working with the Service manager (J.B) that's why I kept coming back. But because of Mr James Anderson. I will not buy or recommend anyone to support that dealership as long as Mr James Anderson is working there. This is a update on today's event Good evening to all!! I was told to call in to resolve the issue with Mr Anderson by the owner!! I wonder was this a mistake?? Did the owner really responded? I did call, but I haven't gotten a returned call back from no

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a 2-year-old Toyota SUV with 62,555 miles from them. During the test drive, I noticed a whining noise coming from the transmission, which I reported to the salesperson Charles. He dismissed my concerns, assuring me that their dealership wouldn’t sell any car with issues, and that their service team had thoroughly checked and cleared it. I relayed the same information to the finance team, Brian, and received the same reassurance. The car came with a 1,000-mile or 30-day warranty from JBA Infinity dealership, and I also bought an extended 3-year warranty that was supposed to be honored at any Toyota dealership nationwide. A few days later, I took the car to a Toyota dealership for an inspection, where they told me they had no knowledge of the extended warranty and would not honor it. I ended up paying out-of-pocket for a diagnostic test, which revealed that the transmission was faulty and needed replacement, costing $8,560. I brought this information back to JBA Infinity, and one of their technicians confirmed the noise was indeed from the transmission. The car was then sent to a nearby Toyota dealership for further inspection. It took me five days of persistent calls and two visits to JBA Infinity’s service department to get an update. They finally confirmed the transmission was defective and decided to use the extended warranty to cover the cost, despite the fact that it is still under their dealership warranty of 1000 miles or 30 days. It has been almost a week since the car has been in the workshop, and I still don’t have a clear timeline for when it will be fixed and returned to me. The management at this dealership is particularly problematic. I spoke with the GM or owner, Philip, over the phone, and he started conversing with someone else in the office while I was explaining my situation. Despite my repeated attempts to get his attention, he didn't answer to any of my question as i felt he is not listening to me rather talking to someone in his office, so I ended the call. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership due to their poor customer service and questionable business practices. Thanks.

This is by far the best Infiniti dealership in the Baltimore area and I been to them all. Staff is knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating.

Dealership found several items requiring attention. When I mentioned that I didn't have time for them to be addressed, they didn't pressure me like other dealers have done.

JR at JBA service always keeps my QX60 in top condition. I know that I can get in the vehicle and drive 15 minutes or all the way to California with no worries-- HGL

Excellent dealership with very knowledgeable staff. Very good experience here consistently for many years. Would recommend to anyone.
