I’ve always had a great experience with both the sales and service team in terms of how they received and treated customers — professional and welcoming every time. However, despite the vehicle being under an extended warranty, a recurring issue with my 2019 QX50 couldn’t be resolved, which unfortunately led me to trade it in. On the bright side, the sales team made the transition smooth. Randy and Joseph were excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
