Thank you Tony for responding to my review, I apologize for the bad review, you have to understand from my perspective how frustrating it is to be left without a vehicle especially when you are still making payments, i understand on your end you have things that are out of your control, all i ask that i keep updated on the status of my vehicle put your self in my shoes i know you would want the same, no one wants to see a text telling them to keep waiting for a part to come in , I was a manager myself for 17 years believe me i know your frustration as a manager

Tony and Jocelyn, staff are professional and will do their best to make things right! Had the recall notice for my QX50 while it was in their care for transmission service. They notified me there was a recall and installed new engine (zero cost). Additionally, they got me a huge discount on a new transmission. The car is like brand new! Thanks Ontario, you guys are the best!
