A pleasant welcome and right on time. Taken to service advisor who recommended what service I needed and give the cost estimate. Received a clean loaner vehicle and was on my way. Good follow up on work being performed and notice when work was completed a good and friendly experience

I brought my car I just purchased last week in for washer sensor to be replaced . I had full warranty with Blue Advantage ( bumper to bumper ) . The place that I bought the car was North Jersey and they said I could bring it anywhere for service. Your guy told me he didn’t know if they accepted that warranty. He would have to call but to do the diagnostic it would be $200. And not sure it would be covered. he said I would have to pay the $200 to do the diagnostics and then call the warranty which didn’t make sense. Also, I needed a key fob reprogrammed. He said that would be another $200 for diagnostic. He was not willing to call the warranty company. So I left.. I called the warranty company when I got home and they said I was fully covered while I took it to a Ford dealership to be fixed. Very disappointed as I would’ve liked to have service from an infinity dealership for my QX 80. I won’t be back

The car itself is fantastic—comfortable, stylish, and loaded with features that make every drive enjoyable. The leasing process was transparent and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend both the vehicle and the dealership to anyone considering a lease. Truly a 5-star experience!
