Very nice dealership with nice people. Would be nice if they would improve the broken kids toys and have more options to occupy kids while waiting.
We were constantly being updated on the status of our Rav. When it was discovered we were going to need a part that was not in stock we were given a car to use to drive home. When the part didn't come in the next day (Friday) we were told we could use the rental still at no cost. Even while we were waiting in the waiting room of the dealership, staff were checking on us .
Brandon was easy to work with and very fast and efficient in helping to find exactly what I was looking for!
Awesome sales person, very helpful, honest, and got me the car I wanted very quick.
They made the process so quick and easy! Ashlie was easy to work with. I honestly walked in and didn’t know what I was wanting, she asked a couple questions and paired me with a perfect vehicle. I felt very comfortable and never stressed with her. I’m happy I found her on Facebook!
