They service my vehicle in a timely manner. The waiting area is pleasant and they are professional.
Ashly was very good at picking the car for us. We told her what we wanted, she found it and actually found us a car that was better than we asked for. The people at the dealership were friendly not pushy and facilities clean and neat.
They made the deal on my new Tundra fast and simple! George went out of his way to make sure I got the truck and deal I want!
The crew at White's Toyota of Lima truly made the car buying experience a comfortable one. Lucas, Zoey, and Miles took care of us and were fantastic. They make a great team which of course results in a great experience for the customer. Will be a return customer for any future vehicle needs.
Appointment was cancelled by White late the previous day with no explanation. Work order was not in the system when I arrived.
Excellent service and I will definitely return to the dealership to have any service in the future.
