IN DEFIANCE THERE WAS A MANAGER NAMED LUPE THAT I TRIED TO TALK WITH ON THE PHONE TO CLEAR UP A PROBLEM I HAD WITH THE SERVICE I WAS GETTING AND NEEDED SOME ANSWERS, BUT WHEN I CALLED HIM HE WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I WOULDNT WANT A MAN THAT DIDNT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER PROPERLY RUNNING MY BUSINESS. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID SO I HAD TO CALL HIM AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I DONT THINK JIM WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW HIS MANAGER TREATS THE CUSTOMERS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS, AND DONT THINK THIS SHOULD JUST BE SWEEPED UNDER THE RUG. UPSET CUSTOMER WITH THE SERVICE OF THE MANAGER.
