On my most recent service visit to Island Acura, Geremiah, who was extremely helpful and professional made sure that my servicing concerns were all addressed and that my RDX was detailed BEAUTIFULLY. He and Tina kept me fully apprised on the work order progress of my RDX throughout the day as I was having multiple services performed. Geremiah recommended that certain maintenance services needed to be completed and when I left, it felt as if I was driving a new RDX :) Matt was also WONDERFUL and is my 'go to' expert when it comes to questions pertaining to the audio and navigational app on my vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and reviews everything with me to make sure I can implement what he just showed me. The Dealership Manager, Joey Robinson, and his expert staff are the reason I keep returning for all of my servicing needs as a very satisfied customer :)
