I have been a customer for over 15 years at Island Acura and always appreciate the superior customer service I receive from the service and sales team. They truly care in making sure my car is up to all safety standards especially when I am driving on a long road trip. They are easy to communicate with and helpful with guiding the decision making process. There are 2 people that stand out as exceptional when I think of Island Acura…. Joey Robinson in service and Bobby G in sales. I recently purchased a new car and the whole process went smoothly. Bobby G made it fun while I often find making a car purchase a stressful situation. He was patient, informative, knowledgeable, flexible and an all around nice guy. I love my purchase and Bobby G helped make that happen!

I am not working on my 9th or 10th car with Island Acura over the last 25 years. On the sales side, Bob Gio is the best. Professional and Responsive to my needs. On the service side, Joe Robinson is also the best service manager of any dealership I have ever experienced in the past.

The salesman, Bobby G, the finance manager, Joe C and the tech Guro Matt S were all pleasant to deal with. This is my second car I have purchased from Bobby in the last three years, and each one was no pressure. Joe C the finance manager was also no pressure to be pushed into extra items, and Matt S was so helpful setting up my new RDX. I would absolutely recommend this dealership, and the employees 100%. They are all extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful with the purchase of my RDX.
