What Others Say

Good experience , was there less than an hour. Good experience, walked in with no appointment and had my oil change in less than an hour.

Talk to two or three different people got two or three different answers for the same question that was surprising to me. Went specifically to get an oil change oil change only for synthetic oil got one price by the phone got another price when they was finished.

Very diligent in replacing the call back problems. O time on pick up and delivery of my f150.

Wait time was short. Seating area was comfortable. It was possible to get work done while waiting.

Was getting an oil change and tire rotation and they did other inspections including the battery. It was determined battery need to be replaced. Woman called me from the Quick Lane desk and said battery needs replacing. It was going to be over $300…I think she said about $350. By the time the call ended, the price was down to approx $275. I asked to speak to service manager and finally spoke to Quick Lane Manager. She was very nice and indicated the battery might be under warranty. They ended up submitting battery information including a special test result to Ford. Ford denied the warranty because the car was over the allowable mileage. I dealt with the Quick Lane manager the rest of the way and the battery with installation was I think less than $200 including labor. We ended up just paying about $140 because we had points. Quick Lane Service manager said the original woman I dealt with was new and still learning the job. Jennifer Cross is the only name I have and I can’t remember whether she is the manager or the new woman. Kudos to the Quick Lane Service manager. She was great. I’m not going to be too hard on the new desk person. Everyone has to learn and sometimes it’s hard and mistakes happen. We got it straightened out.

I love shopping at Kain. It's no pressure and they hide nothing. Everything is up front and straight forward. They go above and beyond.
