Zach Reed was an outstanding service rep for my vehicle at Toyota of Brookfield. Honest. Fair. Very good communication. Answered questions clearly. He was also patient. The customer waiting area is very nice. I remain concerned about the rising cost of repairs since I am a regular customer.
