I don’t know what but this dealership is AWFUL when it comes to phones... 3 times I called them and no one ever picked up or returned my calls from any dept. My car is actually there currently via tow truck due to some electrical issues and I don’t even know what’s happening because nobody will pick up the phone. On top of Earlier this year, when I tried calling for some questions and I left messages for 2 different people who never picked obviously nor did they return my call.

I'm not buying another car from Jaguar or this Dealership again. I bought a Jaguar iPace in Oct/23, really good car and great service at the time. Then the battery started showing issues, and Jaguar started sending letter about a recall for this model. The first solution was to reduce the battery capacity to 80%, which is already frustrating. And now they finally proposed a repurchase program, but I'm supposed to wait for a call from the so called "Repurchase Team", which hasn't happened for the past month. I asked this Dealership to intervene and help with the repurchase, the same one that went the extra-mile to sell me the car in the first place, and now they are completely hands-off, saying that there's nothing they can do. It's ridiculous. With so many Dealers in Cincinnati, look for another one.

Had scheduled an 8AM appointment to have air-conditioning checked. Trying calling numerous times throughout afternoon to get an update as it is almost impossible to speak directly with anyone in the service department. After I finally texted I was told at 3:30 they were starting the inspection then nothing until around 4:30 when they informed me by text they basically ran out of time so no updates until tomorrow morning. I had to cancel a doctor's appt I had tomorrow morning and needed to get car seats out for my grandkids but could not reach a soul on the phone. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

They simply don’t care at all about the customer. Every time you call them, you get voice mail and they never call you back. They should call their service department the customer neglect department as they provide absolutely no inkling of any service whatsoever. I cannot convey harshly enough how much this dealer just doesn’t care one iota about the customer experience.

I was sold 2 keyfobs because I had to update the wireless module on my used Range Rover sport. 1 keyfob failed after just 15 months and was outside of the one year warranty by 3 months. Dealership would not work with me at all and would not offer any discounts on a replacement. This place seems like a profit center and not a place that actually cares about you. I guess I need to budget $600 a year to keep buying keyfobs from them? JLR corporate didn’t do anything either. This is just not a good value, at least for the service department.

Having received service from Cincinnati Jaguar Land Rover for more than 13 years, my wife and I have had nothing but the best customer care. Nick has done an exceptional job taking care to see we are aware of every aspect of our car's maintenance. We would not go anywhere else.
