I was pleasantly pleased with my experience with Jay Buick and my purchase. My sales rep was amazing. Most polite and helpful. He was patient and not pushy. At the same time helpful.
Listened to my problem. Understood the problem and got me right into the service. All very friendy and hopful
They were very nice and helpful. They treated us with respect. They made the whole process very easy. They were very considerate of our situation.
After initial vehicle selection it is the service department that counts. I have been more than happy with the service department. The gentlemen behind the counter are courteous and informative. They take the time to explain things in ways I can understand, as well as listening to what I have to say or concerns I may have. Dave and his team would be the reason I would recommend this dealership.
Brian Mixson is the absolute best. This isn’t my first review of him and his assistance as he has consistently and patiently helped me whenever I’ve encountered issues. He makes the experience as painless as possible and is both knowledgeable and kind.
As always very happy with Service and Loaner. John handled the appt, Alvin? was service technician and Dave may have gone thru a portion of service print-out or payment. Also a shout-out to ?Jim who when I first came to pick up my 20 year old car, which had been left outside in freezing cold temps [it should not have been left outside, knowing that they had called me to let me know it was ready to pick-up] ? Jim was SO APPOLOGETIC when he went to open car door for me, the handle fell off. I took the loaner home while they searched for new handle, which they found either end of that or early next. It’s a learning experience for him with a 20 year old car. Always appreciate the tech’s video.
