My experience with service at JBA as always been excellent. The personnel are very considerate and explain things well.
We have bought a number of cars from JBA. They have such a great selection in inventory. Our sales person Rocky Aggrey is the reason we keep coming back. He always provides an exceptional experience from start to finish. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly made us feel valued throughout the process. He took the time to understand our needs and guided us to the perfect car without any pressure, making the entire purchase smooth and enjoyable.
Rocky was extremely helpful thru the entire Truck Buying experience for me and my wife. He even helped us to link our phones to truck. Plus Serious Radio

Excellent experience all around. The salesman Rocky was great as well as all the administrative staff.
Dennis was very responsive at getting me the deal that I wanted. I was able to sit with him and Justin and work out a stress free purchase. The finance manager was pleasant and informative and was able to get me a better interest rate than my bank. I haven't been in for service, so I cannot comment on the service department.
