Excellent service! Todd, the service advisor, kept me informed about what my car needed and explained everything to me in detail. They had my car ready and washed on time, which I really appreciated.
The people at Jeff Haas Mazda, especially Juana, made my purchasing a new car truly pleasant. As a foreigner who recently moved to Houston, I couldn't have asked for better service. They made the entire process very easy and gave me a very great deal. I'm absolutely loving my Mazda!
My daughter had a 2021 Mazda CX 5. We went in to see about getting her a.extended warranty on her 2021 and see if she could make monthly payments but we were not able to do it so my daughter purchased the 2025 Mazda CX. Able to get the monthly payments to be the same as the 2021 was. So now my daughter got a new car and the extended warranty. And plus we had to do something to get my daughter’s x-husband name off the 2021. We tried refinancing the 2021 many different times to take his name off and was not able to. So getting a new car for my daughter was really the only way we were able to get her x-husband name off the car. The staff that we work with at Jeff Haas Mazda were very nice and helpful.
No problems with the dealership and service department. Will keep coming back for my service.

They listened to what we needed, worked hard to get us exactly where we needed to be on our payments, and never made us feel pressured at any point.
