Quality of work is good, but under staffed or/ service facility is too small for the amount of customer demand.

I had an Awesome experience with Larry Downs at Jim Ellis Buick. I saw a 2026 Buick Envista online I loved the color, I called Larry and went out to see the car. I didn’t realize I was getting a Sport Touring Studio Edition. I absolutely love my car. My entire process from beginning to end was top notch. Larry is the best at what he does. I recommend this dealership and Larry for your new Buick!
