They sold me a car that does not work - vehicle will not charge and I don't know what to do next.

Our experience buying our Lexus was very professional & pleasant. John Kim was straight forward, & professional. Alondra, the young lady who instructed me on all the functions of the car was incredibly helpful, patient, & very pleasant to work with. I definitely would recommend going to this Lexus dealership if you are looking to buy a Lexus.
