Good work, a bit pricey though I wish you didn't charge a credit card fee. Thats ridiculous.

I don't mind waiting but I get a little anxious when it goes 2 weeks without a word about an ordered item, I had to call to see what was happening with the item, two more weeks later I had to call again, well you get the idea. I know Mr Keil is not in control of parts being ordered, so in my case Uftring Montgomery should tighten up the lines of communication so the customer is made aware of any delays.
She explained what was to happen with my recently damaged car. Very kind and you can tell she enjoys her job.
