The dealership is awesome! Each time I’ve visited the facility was very clean and refreshing. Staff was always friendly just like family. The service advisor, Jonny Streetman treats you like family, is very helpful and knowledgeable! He knows his product AND the competitors. Every time I come in for service, I nearly leave with a new vehicle. The showroom is very well displayed. When I’m ready for another pickup, I’ll be coming to see Daniel Goldstein. His brother Tim says he moves many vehicles. I figure he’s very knowledgeable as well and listens well to the customer. I’ve always had a pleasant experience each time. Never caught them on an off day. Even when very busy….they take great care of the customer. My next vehicle will either be The Rouse version of the F250 diesel 4X4 or the Rouse F150 Platinum 4X4. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend your dealership.
Purchasing my new truck from Jim Tidwell Ford was a great experience.. My Salesman Brandon, was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with while ordering my truck. When it arrived, he took care of the extras I ordered and we set up a time for me to come in and do the financing. I was connected with Damane and he had everything ready and the process went very smooth. Afterwards, Brandon walked me to my new Tremor and showed me the features and walked me through my phone set up. The overall experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them!

Each time I go to Jim Tidwell Ford for car service & repair, their Customer Service department DISAPPOINTS me in some kind of way. Today, I went for an “Oil Change”. TWO Hours and THIRTY Minutes later, I was urgently requesting the completion of my vehicle. I needed to leave for an important meeting that I couldn’t reschedule. I’ve decided it’s time to find another Ford Dealership for future service. The time before this I scheduled an appointment only to arrive & they told me I had to leave my car there for at least 3-5 days; they weren’t sure & couldn’t provide a loaner car. They originally told me I could wait for the repairs needed. I’m done being disappointed by this dealership.
Heard a service advisor after hanging up the phone calling customers stupid and saying they don’t use common sense.
