What Others Say

Great experience from sales, to returning the car for another. The process was quick, painless and easy. This was the easiest car purchasing experience that I have ever had.

Miss Steven’s was a pleasure to deal with she did not pressure very friendly and helped to understand Each process of the sell. This truck was marketed from Georgia and listed the truck as a 6.5 bed truck and in reality it was a 5.5 bed which was very disappointing and almost Cost the sale of the truck. I put in the filter for a 6.5ft bed.

everybody was so nice place was very clean paper work went very well car was very clean waiting for us to drive away

Seamless and efficient buying experience. Fair and quick valuation of my trade in as well.

Should have free Refreshments for customers actually buying a car. If the dealership is making hundreds or thousands f dollars on the deal they should be able to spend $5 or less on drinks

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Documentation has been awful. Indiana BMV registration, which was only supposed to take "a few weeks" has now been tied up for over five. I also attempted to setup my new car payments and have no record of my CARMAX account number. Not in my signed documents or any "Welcome Letter" that was supposedly sent to my email. When I I asked about it the day I signed, I was told that I would have all the info I needed by the time 45 days rolled around. My fault.
