Norma was quite the “pickle” (our little inside joke for the day). She made my time in the service department enjoyable as well as the rest of the staff. I appreciate her answering all of my questions. I give her two thumbs up!! 🙂
I was out and about and my battery died. It gave me one more chance so I went to Honda on a Saturday around lunch to ask them to check it and it was the battery. They put in a new one even though I was not scheduled. I am so appreciative of their work. Great job!!!

Wendy has excellent customer service and multitasking skills. I am 75 percent happy with my repair but the brake sensor is no working like it used to. I will be calling for a follow up
