Factory Order 2022 Explorer ST came with defects and issues. Dealer low balled me on trade and didn’t like my response so as I got up Sales MGR said he didn’t want our business anyways. Avoid at all cost scammers!

Brought my Ford Fusion in for a service repair, the repair was done but they damaged my car during the repair, and then the mechanic never reported the damage, he chipped the paint up all around the gas door, they had to take my car and repaint the rear quarter by the gas door, then we just got told that the recalls we had done at this dealership have to be redone, because they had shoddy mechanics working here that possibly didn’t do the job correct, tell me, this, ur bringing ur car in for a safety recall and the job isn’t being done correct , and the recall is being recalled because the dealership hired a shoddy mechanic, is this a dealership u want to bring ur car to?
