Extremely disappointing experience. After purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, we are still waiting on the title more than 3 months later. This is a violation of Indiana’s 31-day title requirement, and we have been forced to escalate to the Indiana Secretary of State Auto Dealer Services Division and the Indiana Attorney General’s Office. Buyers should be very cautious—this has been a stressful and unresolved situation.
