Waiting area is neat and comfortable. It was easy to make an appointment. I decided to wait for my car because all I was getting was an oil change and the New York state inspection. I arrived shortly after 7:30 a.m. But apparently that wasn't early enough to get into the first wave of mechanics so my car didn't get started until about 9:15. I was a little bit disappointed since I said I was going to wait when I made the appointment. But the people are very courteous and helpful. And we give them five stars.
