Dealer changed price by over $6000.00 dollars after offer. I was waiting for the car to come in and got an email that the price between the trade in and car I was waiting to be delivered was $26628 rather than the $20200 we had agreed on. Where is integrity or honesty!

We were traveling from Michigan to Tennessee, when we had our warning lights come on. We pulled into Joseph Subaru, and they took excellent care of us. They diagnosed the issue, had the module sensor in stock, and had us on the road in a couple hours. Very friendly service.

We were told when we traded our Chevrolet in for a new forester that our oil changes would be free for life, when we went in for our first service they charged us. After speaking with the service manager they did give us a coupon for one free oil change but we will be charged for all future oil changes.
