Everyone in the sales department was very helpful. They answered all my questions. They were open and honest about my purchase. They made it very easy for me to purchase the truck.

Alex was knowledgeable, patient, and concise with the dealership experience. Alex addressed all concerns and make the experience pleasant.

We spent all week at Wyler and had a horrendous experience. We came to Joseph and it was completely different. Charles was clearly very knowledgeable. He listened to exactly what we asked for, found it quickly, and made the entire process incredibly quick and easy! They did not spend time dragging their feet or trying to up-charge me. The price also came in cheaper than any dealership in the city on the vehicle we were getting. On top of that, everyone was very friendly and it’s clear that Joseph places value on their employees. I witnessed a sales person get to leave early to coach his child’s game on a Friday! I will not purchase a vehicle from a different dealership in the city again and I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a car!

Mario was Great. I Love the Truck He Got Me Into. My Only Complaint Was the Lack of Follow-up Communication. I Had to Keep Calling and Checking in for a Week. I was told I would Get the Vehicle the Next day after signing paperwork. Also, my personal vehicle got locked in the lot overnight. We went to get something to eat Someone locked the gate at 6 but told us to be back by 8pm... but with all of that said it made the experience more memorable. The Staff were super friendly, the Truck was Perfect and Management made the Finance go quickly.

Greg F. was fantastic to work with. I stated from the beginning that I was not excited about purchasing a car, and in fact, pretty stressed. Greg never made me feel rushed, always made sure I felt heard, and was happy to answer and all questions I had! He was never pushy and truly made me feel like he had my best intentions at heart. I'd recommend him to just about anyone. Nick was also a great help, and despite minimal interaction, the interaction we did have was very impactful to my overall experience at Joseph Chevrolet. While I hope to not have to purchase another car for quite some time, Joseph would be the first place I return to when/if I do.

The maintenance work was completed in a timely manner. The waiting room is comfortable. The advisor was friendly and professional.
