Joyce Honda has always been very prompt, just as they were when I purchased my CR-V in 2019. Since then, I have continued to bring my vehicle to them for service, and I truly appreciate the quality of their work. Both the sales and service staff are consistently polite and courteous.

Great service. One question. I usually make an 8 O'clock appointment. I get there early and there is usually 8 to 12 cars in line already. Do these people all have 8 O'clock appointments or are some people there with no appointment? If so why do they get service before me despite my appointment?

Service writer did not review findings other than change out a lamp bulb. Typically ,, each visit had writer explain very detailed about findings.
