My wife and I had an outstanding shopping experience at this dealership. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Jordan Freindlich met os on the lot Friday afternoon, he was courteous and very knowledgeable. He made us feel respected and appreciated. We returned Saturday morning and met Lloyd Williams who walked us through the rest of the purchasing process. He also was professional and made us feel appreciated. I would highly recommend Karl Flammer Ford to all my family friends.
