A pleasant person called and informed me of a safety recall needed on my vehicle. An appointment was arranged at a time when I could be given a loaner car. Everyone is always so pleasant and friendly whenever I come to your dealership. Bell Karp took care of me and got me right into the loaner car. I received a video of the work being done. Was called several hours later to pick up my car. Couldn't have been any nicer.
Eric Morgenstern was wonderful, from start to finish. This was our second time buying a car at this dealership & it was our best experience so far. Eric was very helpful & made sure everything went smoothly for us.
They're upfront about work that needs to be done and the associated costs...even before you arrive.
