this is a sketchy car lot, they will lie to you about the vehicle, they do not go through and check it mechanically or even clean them out fully. they will sell you a car with bald tires that they rotated from the front to the back in an attempt to hide the wear. they will tell you that its fine to drive it 100+ miles home with the check engine light on and the 4lo light blinking on the dash. they will take your money and give you the car exactly as it sits when they got it. oh i guess they will shine up bald and dry rotted tires so they look good for people who dont know to actually look at the tread. also, this vehicle blew a brakeline the second time i drove it, so please do not come here expecting to be given a safe car, this place is just some sketchy car lot. the salesmen were very nice to me since i was taking this liability off their hands for more than it was worth.

STAY AWAY! They lied about 1 owner. Even the CarFax says 3 owners! They had me come in & my drive was 1 1/2 hours. They already had my information, just to get there to turn me away. They were beyond rude. I brought in my 2010 Ford F150, and they wouldn't even look at it. Why? because I bought that truck from them 5 years ago and they suckered me in on that one. Transmission was bad. For the first 4 months of ownership, I didn't even have it because it was in the shop. Then the truck completely rusted out. There was so much Bondo on that thing plus when they patched it, they put paper towel in the hole first. Brought that to their attention and they played stupid and even said they don't have a body shop, but it says right outside "Body Shop." They are a bunch of liars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Staff never returned my calls/emails... When I finally was able to get a hold of someone about a specific vehicle, they jacked the price of the vehicle up nearly NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS within 48 hours! YES! $9000.00 and they did absolutely NOTHING to the vehicle. They even used the SAME post with the SAME pictures... I understand that it's LEGAL to do this but ETHICS play a HUGE part in continued success... I just hope what SHOULD happen to Folks such as these actually DOES!!!

I had an agreement with a salesman one a black truck and that I would be in the following morning to purchase it and I would pay the exact amount for the truck. But when I called early the next morning to let him know that I was coming shortly he said someone else was looking at it and then he sold it from under me anyway. I thought Motormax was a very reprutable business and I thought a mans word was just as good as a handshake but your salesman proved thats not the case anymore, and for that reason, if I could have score you less that 1 star I would have. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Kenny is awesome. He helped us with a Grand Traverse. Everything he said it was. It is !! He is a super honest person and I will definitely contact him when I need another vehicle. Thank you so much Kenny 😊

Worst place ever, sold me a truck with a rotted frame and missing a whole front axle. Sold me a four-wheel-drive truck that doesn’t work without an axle. Should’ve just burned the $12,000, now I have a truck that is useless
