What Others Say

Very professional and respectable place. The staff shows the utmost warmth, knowledge and understanding best dealership experience I've had.

Salespeople need to be more honest with their customers. I had never gone car shopping before and was ignorant when it came to the shopping procedures. When I said I wanted to check out other dealerships before I make any final decisions, I was ignored. I was brushed off and had all my information checked so that my credit was damaged and only told so after the fact. I was told "THE" bank, as in only one, was checked and that I shouldn't go look anywhere else because they'll check my credit with other banks and damage it further and cause me to get less of a deal. Little did I know, Best Buy Used Cars checked at least two banks and damaged my credit (along with my boyfriend's which is funny because we were told only my name and information was checked). My boyfriend and I only found this information out when Chase bank mailed us a letter telling us that Best Buy Used Cars had contacted them. We also found out that the car was not worth $10,900 (the asking price) nor was it worth $8,000 (what we paid). Chase was only willing to go up to $7,000 for the car loan. I was told we were getting a great deal. I was told this is an amazing price, but after the letter from Chase and after issues with the car, I believe Best Buy Used Cars ripped me off. They gave me crappy wipers and I immediately had to do an oil change when I got the car, which I was willing to overlook. However, it is now telling me that I need to check the traction, and the starter key, one of the selling points, does not even work. The dashboard lights flicker on and off every now and then. I do not feel like I got my money's worth at all. My boyfriend and I do not trust anyone at Best Buy Used Cars after this experience and we will tell everyone that asks about this business our story. We won't add our opinions in or try to sway people, we will let our story speak for itself. I hope the sales team steps up their game with customers if they actually want people to return. They are very friendly, but need to work on their honesty. I don't respect anyone or any businesses that just see me as potential money.
