My only thing is I had to keep bringing my car back for the same issue and I should have been offered a rental for free

The service experience was excellent! I was greeted by Eva Castanon when I drove in. She kept me apprised of what was happening during the entire service process. The service was performed in a timely manner. I have been getting my cars serviced at Kelly Nissan for 30+ years, and have never had a problem! Also, it means a lot to me that my service advisor is a woman!
