The waiting room was clean and had snacks. The staff were all very friendly. The work was done very quickly and I was on my way within an hour.

Everyone was very professional and very polite. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and professional. I have been to many Ford dealerships in the surrounding area and this location was the best out of all of the others. The others don't really have skilled mechanics who can pin point the issue, But this dealership the Mechanic troubleshooted the problem and found the issue.
Took care of me in a timely manner. Work was completed as expected. Thank you
