Giving my situation time to work itself out I can say that the situation has been taken care of thanks to Vanessa. Due to me I didn’t give time to the dealership to get things in place. I know I’m not the only person that the dealership is working with. Happy to let the Good folks a CCDJR are still number one in my book.

Jacob was very helpful knew the vehicle very well & could explain the bells and whistles. Also the guy ( don’t renember his name) explained all the different options the car had. Very pleased with their help.

What a pleasant experience! This is the way car buying should be! I had postponed and procrastinated about purchasing a new truck because of previous experiences dealing with car salesmen at other dealerships. This experience was a pleasant surprise! It started with communication with internet sales person Carmen Lopez. She was quick to reply and answer my questions and provide me with the out the door price on the trucks I was interested in. In order to make the best purchase decision for me I decided to visit the dealership and test drive my 2 top choices. Carmen referred me to salesman Doug Badgett and had set up an appointment for me to meet in person at my convenience. Doug Badgett was expecting me and had the two trucks up front and ready upon my arrival. Doug was warm and friendly. Not pushy at all. A real pleasure to deal with! Doug was able to answer my questions and provide me with the information I needed to make a purchase decision. I decided which truck I wanted to buy and we went inside and sat down to confirm the purchase with a deposit. The entire office visit lasted 15 minutes! They delivered the truck to my home 2 days latter! The delivery driver Jerry was also very pleasant and brought all the paperwork to complete the purchase! I Took the truck for a test drive and inspected it to confirm all was well. I then presented Jerry with cashiers check for my new truck. Jerry was also able to answer some questions I had regarding operation of the truck. All in all this was a true 5 star experience! I would have no reservations in recommending this dealership! It is no wonder why this is the largest Ram dealer in the S.E. USA! Thank you Carmen, Doug and Jerry!
