Always a pleasant place to get my car serviced. Nice people do the work, everyone is helpful. Waiting room comfortable so I can work while I wait. Service folks come and explain what they found and what they recommend. Very good experience.
The sales person that I worked with was Wilson Dowridge at BMW of Sudbury. He was excellent. He certainly knows the car sales business and has a very nice personality and good sense of humor. He constantly was in touch with me throughout the entire process which in this case had a lot of challenges and knew exactly how to work through them and got the car to me when he said it would be ready. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a BMW. Thanks Jim Navoni
