Nikolas was the service advisor whom I worked with in regards to my car's recent service appointment. I appreciated that he maintained direct communication with me and answered my questions clearly and concisely about the car and all aspects of its service appointment. It was nice to work with him and to have such good care taken of my car during its appointment from start to finish.
Elchen is very knowledgeable and was very helpful throughout the process. He is very responsive and went above and beyond to arrange the delivery of my car! Highly recommend him!

I live in New York, where there are plenty of dealerships close by, yet for this order I knew I wanted to return to Sudbury, where I got my very first BMW. Every single person I worked with was not only helpful and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring. From Sales and Finance to Parts, BMW Genius, and Management, each department went out of their way to make the process smooth and enjoyable. I never felt like “just another customer” — the entire team made me feel valued and welcomed every step of the way.
