The service rep, Lori Mizrahi, was excellent. What drove my rating was that the tire pressure was set extremely high. This was not the first time. Of course by the time this showed on the dashboard, I was many blocks away and had to drive back in heavy traffic. The next day I realized that a tire valve cap was missing. I have mobility issues and it isn’t easy for me to came back to take care of this.

The service work on my car was done quickly and to a high standard. Excellent

I went to Kings Nissan with my daughter, looking to lease a car for her. At least a car previously from Terry Matarese and I went to her this time as well and she was great. She took the time to explain everything to us with a car. We were interested in and she was very patient and informative. I would definitely go back to Terry again and recommend anyone else to her.
