Worst service ever. Complete rip off. After carefully milked 2700$ the “complementary” wash wasn’t even done, the inside plastic wasn’t put back on and I’m missing a piece from a letter Q on the tailgate. What a terrible experience. Do not recomend

horrible experience!!!! i was lied to twice by the sales team the truck smelled like cigarettes. there detailing of the truck was discussing i asked before i drove 2 hours to go see the truck what the condition of the tires were in. i was tolled they were great! nope, they were almost completely worn. they didn't pass inspection in new Hampshire so they put an inspection. Sticker on the truck and it did not pass im tempted to report them to the state of Vermont i would definitely whould stay away the this place.

VW of Rutland is a terrific place to buy a new EV in VT, particularly for a firsttime EV buyer! Very informed about all VT state purchase incentives, they even have the VT Replace Your Ride program, not all dealers do. Andrew and Dean knew their EVs well, no pressure, no xx, got a very fair price, would definitely buy from them again! They sold me the VW ID4 Pro AWD. After 1,000 miles of driving its an awesome car, exceeding my expectations - handling, acceleration, build quality, insanely quiet ride, comfort, space, and it only costs me $8.40 to "fill up" at home from 20% to 80% state of charge! On its first nonstop, long distance drive from VT to NYC it got 300 miles of range using Adaptive Cruise Control at the posted speed limits, way above the EPA rating!
