This is one of the worse dealership and service department. Took my wife’s 2023 Q5 Sportback in for an inspection, oil change and audio system service. Spent 5 hours there for them to present a bill to repair the subwoofer on a vehicle that’s still under warranty. Asked to speak to the GM, who never came to see my issue. This was my wife’s 4th and probably last Audi. I would rate the sales representative, service manager and GM at the bottom of the star list, the worst!!!

Coldit was awesome, extremely knowledgeable about cars, insurances etc.. Aside from that he was so wholesome and easy to talk to which makes you feel as though you are with family

Wilson Sanchez was the salesman who took EXCELLENT. care to make sure we were. Comfortable , happy, and confident in serving us. He was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about our experience. And he spent all the time needed to explain all the equipment, and how everything worked. There is no doubt that we would recommend him to our friends that were interested in buying or leasing a car.
