when i called in with my problem i was having with my truck ridge said they were booked up for a while but asked if i could bring it in he would try to work it in he was able to get it in earlier and the service tech found another issue i had forgotten to mention and they repaired it as well thumbs up to the service team

I had a wonderful experience with Klaben Auto Stores from the purchase of my vehicle through my first service appointment. When you purchase a vehicle from Klaben, your first service is complimentary. Although my overall experience in the service department was wonderful, there was one technical detail I wasn’t completely satisfied with, which I mentioned in the survey they sent afterward. I thought nothing more of it—until Jeff Ashley called me the very next day. Jeff went above and beyond to address my concern. He personally arranged to have my vehicle picked up from my home, provided me with a loaner for the day, and had my vehicle returned when the service was complete. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and even sent me a video update. To top it all off, he included a thoughtful card and a complimentary service voucher. I have never received such exceptional customer service. I am beyond impressed by Jeff’s professionalism, courtesy, and the extraordinary lengths he went to make sure I was completely satisfied and left with a positive impression. That level of follow-through shows how much Klaben truly values its customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a friendly, pressure-free buying experience and a team that genuinely stands behind its service.
