The dealership was clean and pleasant. The associates I interacted with were courteous and professional. The folks performing actually working on the cars were having an off day. My jeep was never pulled around front when service was complete and Elizabeth had to track it down in the service area. Another customer had a service being performed that she had declined prior. She was already kept waiting over an hour longer than expected and then found out the mechanic misread the work order and started the unwanted service.
