It has been extremely easy working with Koons Ford of Annapolis. I purchased my vehicle about a year ago and it has gone in for service twice, routine maintenance. The experience has been top notch each time from the ease of scheduling the service to the experience in the shop and communication throughout the appointment. I will continue to use Koons as my service center for my Ford Expedition and will not hesitate to recommend them at any time.
