Krenzen was absolutely amazing in every way possible. Our salesman David H came in on his day off because I had put an interest in regarding a specific vehicle the day before. He was understanding when we ran 15 mins late beings we were coming from the Iron range. He had the vehicle warmed up and ready to test drive. Finance was ready help get the best rate for us, they got us at the payment we wanted (originally) then "WE" added the extended warranty and it went up a bit but like I stated that was an "US" issue not them. Ha ha! Our salesman has reached out multiple times since we drive away in our new vehicle. We will definitely be doing business at krenzen in the future
