Agreed in good faith to purchase a 2021 Ram 2500 from James Brusnahan at Labrum Ford (from Ohio) via phone calls, emails and photos. Flew out to Heber City Utah and when inspecting the truck and test driving it all four tires were dry rotted (I had a 2000 mile drive back to Ohio). They knew this and did not disclose it and would not negotiate on pricing. I had to purchase new tires at the dealership ($2,400). Then they had to reset a check engine light (low voltage). Again, sold me a truck knowing it had electrical issues. My battery was dead and truck would not start. Had to get a new battery while stranded in Wyoming ($420.00). When I got home the next morning the truck would not start again. They knew there was an electrical issue and a parasitic draw and DID NOT fix it or disclose it. I am now stuck with repairing an electrical issue and paying out of pocket as the truck is no longer under factory warranty. Very dishonest dealership. I would advise not dealing with this stealership.

Hank is amazing!! He has helped me with the purchase of my two trucks. He is super great to work with very responsive. I have several other dealerships closer to where I live, but choose to drive the hour too Labrum Ford. Highly recommend.

Great help and service. The sales man was great helping set up everything that we needed. The service department done a small repair on my old truck at no cost. I was very greatfull for the repair. Labrum’s is a first class dealership.
