The dealership did a good job in getting my car out efficiently. The one thing they must improve on is the wait time upon arriving and getting checked in. I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time before the service advisor came to greet me. It seems like the dealership stacked appointments to close to each other making it hard for the service advisor to keep up. If they can improve on this l, the visits to this dealership would be much more pleasant.
