What Others Say
I had to file state complaints to get plates.
I purchased a 2019 Audi RS5 Sportback from this dealership. The vehicle itself has been fantastic, and to give proper credit, the salesman did an excellent job throughout the actual purchase process. He picked me up from the airport, was professional, responsive, and made the buying portion easy.
Unfortunately, everything after the sale became incredibly frustrating.
The finance experience immediately left a bad impression. After declining the extended warranty, I was told, “Maybe you can’t afford this car.” That was an unnecessary and unprofessional comment simply because I declined an overpriced add-on product.
I also left the dealership with the fuel tank essentially on empty, which felt like a pretty poor way to send off a customer who had flown in to purchase a vehicle.
The biggest issue was the registration/title process. The dealership failed to complete the paperwork in a timely manner, leaving me driving on expired temporary tags while repeatedly trying to get answers and updates. The same finance manager also completes the registration paperwork, leaving the appearance that the registration was intentionally delayed (nearly 2 months after the purchase).
Communication from management was extremely poor. During the week of the 27th, I called daily requesting to speak with the General Manager regarding the registration issues. Each time I was told he was either “in a meeting” or “too busy.” After repeated unanswered calls from my phone number, I immediately called from my wife’s phone and the dealership answered on the first ring. At that point, I knew I was being avoided instead of helped.
I ultimately had to file complaints with the Missouri Department of Revenue Vehicle Bureau, the Missouri Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, and the Iowa Attorney General before the situation finally appeared to move forward. My 60 day temporary tags were expired for two weeks before I had valid plates.
This entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication and professionalism. Instead, what should have been an exciting car purchase turned into weeks of unnecessary stress and wasted time.
Again, the salesman did a great job. But the finance, management, and registration experience was unacceptable, and I would strongly encourage future buyers to stay heavily involved in every step of their paperwork process.
Bought a Canadian 2020 Tacoma with 26,000 miles. Wired the entire purchase funds after Mark Linomaz wouldn’t budge on price. Then He said don’t pick up the vehicle until we have it ready. One week of stalling from him saying that it was being reconditioned. 26,000 miles shouldn’t need that much. I was wrong. Upon arrival eight dents were in the truck the entire undercarriage was rusting and it looked as though it had 226,000 miles on it. Brakes were warped the windshield was heavily scratched and the interior stunk of vaping and there were over 70 chips and nicks throughout the entire vehicle…. It could never have went through any reconditioning….Should have said I want my funds returned however I flew in to st.louis and was going to drive the truck back home….it would have been a day of limbo to try and get home…. Mark is a liar and for the last four months has promised me $350 to cover the dent removal costs…. I would NEVER recommend Mark Linomaz or his deceptive dealership to anyone!!!!BEWARE!!!
I bought a SUV on 12/19/25, process went fairly easy. They ran my credit, got me to decent payments I was still okay with paying. That’s not the issue. The issue here is communication, I’m having the suv shipped to my house per the agreement made. While I get it’s the holiday for everyone, can we be more transparent with each other. I have no updates when the car is being shipped to my house. And it’s going on week 2 atm. Messaged my sales guy 12/29/25 and asked where the car is and can he check if it left the lot. His answer was “ok” and I never heard back. Frankly I still I don’t know when I’ll get the car.
Update: today is 12/18/25 and it's been a month since the purchase date and I am still waiting on the rear view mirror repair that was promised at the time of purchase.
I recently purchased a 2020 Camry from Pat and the driver's side mirror had damage. I was provided a "we owe" and I have reached out by phone, text and online inquiry and no one has gotten back with me.
I purchased a vehicle from Clement Superstore on August 8,2025 Eli was the salesman. The vehicle had a problem with opening the drivers door they reimbursed me for the repair. Now it has almost been two months since the purchase and I do not have the title. The response from Clement has been very poor!
If I could give it zero stars I would I got an email from capitol one about being pre-approved . So when I spoke to the woman Sharon I asked if there was a down payment needed she said no it's not asking for one . So I made appointment for the next day . They than ran my credit with 11 other companies and never with a capitol one then they tell me I need a cosigner .
